Radio Road Ponds, September 11

Had a chance to catch up on some of the backlog of processing of images and I’ve published a few more images from a trip out to Radio Road ponds in Redwood Shore with the X-T2. Note that the ponds have since been drained because the treatment plant is working on some expansions, so while there will be — some day — some replacement habitat, this location’s now offline for an indefinite time.

Nothing incredibly spectacular here, but some nice shots that bring out the birds in their day to day life. And it’s never a bad day when you get to see Pelicans taking off and landing, because it’s both wonderfully graceful and inherently comedic.
